The Infant Room

Our Infant Program is a nurturing, responsive space for your baby's first year and a half, where feeding and napping follow each child's own rhythm instead of a fixed clock. Babies keep the same primary caregiver as they grow, so trust and attachment can build over time.
The room
Babies nap on their own cue in a dedicated napping room with individual cribs, and play in a no-shoe area that stays extra clean for little ones who explore with their mouths. Every room has a sink for handwashing after diaper changes, and fridges keep labeled bottles and breast milk close by.
How we learn
- Responsive care that follows each baby's own feeding and napping rhythm, not a fixed schedule.
- The same primary caregiver over time, for a steady, trusting relationship.
- At least 1.5 hours of outdoor play every day, even for our youngest babies.
- Because ages that differ by 18 months or more get their own play area within the room, our smallest babies always have safe, age-appropriate space.
